Barriers, London

This barrier was erected outside of a post office in East London in order to prevent homeless people from sleeping there. The design was quite good as it helped create more of a room-like space where homeless people could hang their blankets and sheets of cardboard making walls and a more private area. The photo next to this one in "Barriers" shows the large corrugated metal construction that was erected to remedy the shortcomings of this initial preventative design.
