An interesting playground in Riverside Park, NYC that is a museum piece. The black painted regimented swings, slides and climbing frame are all from a pre-health and safety, litigation era. Some of the pieces would now be considered lethal, so its interesting that its still there and people still use it, challenging the prevalent paranoia and obsession with safety.
